We just installed one of the most modern washing bays for lorries at Oss/The Netherlands for Voss Logisitics (ca. 3.000 lorries). The easy handling and the high quality convinced our customer and set new standards for his other installations.

For the Rosenow Truckport Kiel (Germany) we exchanged two existing Kärcher installations with two modern "W400 type 2005" washing bays. One of the installations is equiped with a sidewards high pressure system and a chemical presprinkling bow. Both installations are equiped with remote controls.

Hildesheim tank truckage contractor Laabs has received from us a special installation called W400S washing bay for fueling vehicles. The company's vehicle pool consists of differently-sized tank vessels, the installation is therefore constructed to clean large tanks (Photo 6) as well as standard-size ones (Photo 5). It is the first washing bay of it's kind in Europe.

Special washing bay for concrete elements

The first installation in Europe washing ready-made concrete elements. Made of stainless steel (V4A). The installation is equipped with two brushes, readjusting hydraulically and automatically by performance detection and is fitted with a S7-control (Siemens). Moreover, the installation is equipped with a high-pressure unit to soak the separating agent clinging to the stones. After that, it is washed off by the brushes. At the same time, the high pressure unit is also capable of rinsing. The boards/slabs go through the installation two times, with brushes inversing each time. The last operation comprises the drying of the elements, the installation is fitted with four blowers. The blowers can also mounted on an ordinary washing bay for buses (Photo on the right).

Truckage company Thomsen uses at its Güstrow (Germany) branch a W400 type 2005 washing bay to clean their vehicle pool. The W400 type 2005 is the most modern and innovative installation currently on the European market.

If circumstances require it, the installation can also be operated by hand. It is always possible to interfere in the cleaning process and interrupt the washing programme, regardless of its current stage. You just need to press the "Start" button to continue the cleaning process at exactly the same stage.
