• Our roof brush levitation drive via has been tried and tested over 25 years; no chain ever tore. It has proven a crucial advantage over tooth belts or straps
  
  
• Our side brushes and roof brush carriages, used since 2001, are a success and totally maintenance-free.
  
  
• The side brush carriages are designed to prevent wearing or tearing of the tooth belt. It has a more precise guide conduct compared to ordinary carriages.
  
  
• All technical parts, e.g. valves, water dissipation and power distribution (24 Volt/400 Volt ) are mounted ooutside the installation and protected from filth and water.
  
  
• The electro-technics and the control are integrated in the installation and therefore protected from splashing water. There will be no corrosion in the switch cabinets because they consist of the plastic IP 65. This is a decisive advantage over ordinary switch cabinets which are mounted within the installation, risking the formation of noxious condensates due to variations in temperature.
  
  
• The newly optimized control can be regarded as a highlight. Only one key is needed to start the programme and handling errors are barred because the different programmes are combined into one.

The first installation in Europe washing ready-made concrete elements. Made of stainless steel (V4A). The installation is equipped with two brushes, readjusting hydraulically and automatically by performance detection and is fitted with a S7-control (Siemens). Moreover, the installation is equipped with a high-pressure unit to soak the separating agent clinging to the stones. After that, it is washed off by the brushes. At the same time, the high pressure unit is also capable of rinsing. The boards/slabs go through the installation two times, with brushes inversing each time. The last operation comprises the drying of the elements, the installation is fitted with four blowers.

With its motto "The future of the movable washing bay", the firm Speedywasch developed an a washing bay with brushes which is a complete novelty. The user sits, protected from the wet, in the covered drivers' cabin, the operation is carried out with one hand via an multi- use control panel. The installation has a drive (operated with diesel or accumulator) as well as an intergrated water tank for the mobile and independent washing of vehicles. The inclination adjustment allows the cleaning of very sloped fronts. Cleansing agent can be added by the injector.
